Suggested directions for use:

Mix 1 scoop (15 g) drink powder with 250 ml of cold water and consume 15-20 minutes before workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage! The producer recommends taking only half of a serving for everyone with body weight below 75 kilograms.
