One serving of Blade HMB contains 3000 mg of HMB (ß-hydroxy ß-methylbutyrate). HMB is a metabolite of the essential and branched chain amino acid L-leucine and it’s synthesized in the human body. This ingredient which sports people have used for decades to reach their fitness goals. HMB is suitable for long-term continuous use.

Ingredients: HMC calcium (calcium β-hydroxy β-methylbutyrate), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, dietary fiber:inulin, anti-caking agents:talc; silicon-dioxide, firming agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, coating (thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, colour: titanium dioxide, polidextrose; anti-caking agent: talc, maltodextrin, fully hydrogenated coconut oil and palm kernel oil).

Average recommended serving should be between 2-6 tablets per day.
Training days: take one serving (1-3 tablets) before workout and 1-3 tablets after workout.
